We need team managers for the following inter-counties events -
U13 teams at Kingsmeadow on Sunday July 28th (TWO TEAM MANAGERS URGENTLY NEEDED; coach for transport may be provided)
Senior IC on Sunday 21 July at Tilsley Park (to help look after the women's tream)
U15 and U20 teams at Copthall on Sunday August 11th

The venues for the above events are now decided -

3K Walk and 5K races (FOR BOTH MEN AND WOMEN) are to be included in the Town vs Gown fixture on Wednesday 12 June at Iffley Road (meeting starts at 6.00pm)

10K Walk (FOR BOTH MEN AND WOMEN) to be included in the BMAF Pentathlon Meeting on Saturday 23 June at Horspath (exact time to follow)

10K WOMEN to be included in the BMAF Pentathlon Meeting on Saturday 23 June at Horspath (exact time to follow)

Can all athletes & spectators please use the BMW/Mini car park (Gate 7) for the event NOT the car park at the track?
Due to circumstances beyond our control their will be NO additional parking at the track, unless you are an official, volunteer or have medical restrictions please park in the MINI facility.
Can I ask all clubs to contact their athletes and supporters to communicate this message?

Hayley Perrin in long jump action at Horspath TEAM Oxfordshire finished second in their opening Youth Development League Midland Premier 2 clash at Horspath.
The composite side, featuring under 17 and under 20 athletes from Abingdon Amblers, Radley, White Horse Harriers and Oxford City, were runners-up behind Notts City.
Kathryn Woodcock (Radley) led the way with a hat-trick of victories in the under 17 girls’ discus (37.74m), shot putt (8.77) and hammer (34.08).

UKA has extended the date by which Level 2 officials must have completed the Health & Safety course to 30 June 2013. The Oxfordshire Athletics Network is acting in partnership with England Athletics to run a H&S course at Horspath Road on 25 April 2013. See attached for details.

Dates from 10th April through to 11th September with Electronic timing/Photo finish, refreshments Horspath Track, Oxford OX4 2RR.
We are alway in need of track judges and timekeepers & field officials to help out. Reasonable expenses and refreshments provided. Please see attachment for details.

I am attaching entry forms for the 2013 Oxfordshire County Road Relay Championships to be held on Sunday 5th May, from 2pm, at Abingdon Rugby Football Club, Lambrick Way, Abingdon. OX14 5TJ, hosted by Abingdon Amblers Athletics Club, together with competition rules and a file for submitting your athletes details.
