Committee of the Oxfordshire AA

Here is a list of roles covered by the Committee of the Oxfordshire AA. We as usual hope to fill all of these for the next year. Our AGM is to be held on Monday 12th October 2009 at 7.30 pm at Exeter Hall, Kidlington. It would be appreciated if you could discuss these roles at club and try to send someone to the AGM to help discuss how all roles will be filled.

President, Chairman, Vice Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer, Officials Secretary (T&F), Officials Secretary (Endurance), Press and Publicity Officer, Coaching Co-Ordinator, Road Race Co-Ordinator, X-C Champs Co-Ordinator, Track & Field Co-Ordinator, School's Representative and at least 6 general committee members. Not all of these roles are vacant, but it shows you how many people we require on the Committee just to cover the main tasks. If more people are involved we can spread the workload. Some of these posts can be shared by more than one person which will spread the tasks. We constantly require team managers for Track & Field fixtures, so any volunteers for these roles would also be much appreciated.

Please try and send at least one person to the Oxon AA AGM to help spread the workload for the coming year.
