Good luck to everyone competing this weekend at Woolaton Park, Nottinghamshire.
Please arrive at least an hour before the start of your race. First race is at 11:05 U20 Men.
Be warned the traffic can be a nightmare for those who have not been before.
Please meet at the OCAC tent to collect your numbers and chips and vests if required and team photograph.
