The Oxon Road Race AGM will be held in the back hall at the OXSRAD Centre
in Marsh Lane, Marston, Oxford from 7:30pm to 9:00pm on Friday, 27th November 2009.

1. Minutes of last year's meeting and matters arising.
2. Report of Road Race Secretary
3. Race Organisation. Any problems with the permit system, police, safety issues etc.
4. Road Race Officials and Chip Timing Initiative.
5. Road Race Diary 2010. I have attached a provisional diary.
Please let me know the date for your race if you have not already done so, especially if it differs from the corresponding date last year.
6. Allocation of County Championship Races
5m, 10k, 10 mile, Half marathon, Marathon
County Road Relays.
7. Oxfordshire Road Race Grand Prix. Any changes required.
8. Inter-Counties Events.
9. AOB
