U.K.INTER COUNTIES CROSS COUNTRY CHAMPIONSHIPS Cofton Park, Birmingham 13th March 2010

The first race is the Under 20 Men at 11.05 am. As it is televised by SKY then the times of races are invariably changed from those originally stated. The times are printed in Athletics Weekly and some National Newspapers.

There will be a coach. The times are early, but traffic hold ups will be encountered near the course.

The pick up points and times are:-

Windrush Leisure Centre, Witney at 6.30am.
The Lay by on ‘Fairacres’ sign side (about 100 metres from the A34 Inter change – opposite Tesco’s) at Abingdon at 7.00am
The Boundary House, Abingdon at 7.05am.
The Abingdon Road Park and Ride, Red Bridge, Oxford at 7.15am
The Sports Centre, Queens Avenue, Bicester at 7.40am
Midland Red Tesco’s car park, Southam Road, Banbury at 8.10am

The coach fare is £10. There is room on the coach for family and friends. The cost for athlete, plus 2 is £15.

County vests must be worn. They can be either borrowed, or purchased on the day for £12.

Paul Kelsey is the Team Manager for the U20, U17, U15, and U13 men and women.
Jeanette Ashton is the Senior Womens’ Team Manager, and
John Ashton is the Senior Mens’ Team Manager.
